Electrical system design for complex commercial and specialty buildings
Technical oversight of high-impact projects
Design reviews, quality control, and technical guidance
Mentorship and development of junior engineers
Collaboration with architects, owners, and internal discipline leads
Establish and evolve electrical design standards
Support project teams with technical strategy and problem-solving
Help keep RJA at the forefront of building systems trends and technology
Influence tools, workflows, and best practices
Partner closely with firm leadership on growth and direction
Qualification
Required
9+ years of electrical engineering experience in building systems or MEP
Strong technical judgment and communication skills
Passion for mentoring and continuous improvement
Preferred
PE license
