Responsibilities
Support fabrication and production teams with material movement and job staging
Load and unload raw materials, fabricated parts, and finished components
Prepare materials for welding, fabrication, painting, or assembly processes
Assist with basic shop tasks, including grinding, cleaning, and part preparation
Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Transport materials between workstations and production areas
Follow shop drawings, work instructions, and safety guidelines
Support quality and production teams to meet daily manufacturing goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in a fabrication shop, manufacturing facility, or industrial environment preferred
Ability to perform physical work in a shop setting
Comfortable working around welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment
Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety procedures
Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Preferred
Fabrication shop, welding shop, or construction experience
Experience working with metal, steel, or industrial components
Forklift or shop equipment experience
