Responsibilities
Architect and optimize operational workflows using RedHat Linux and Ansible, driving automation and process improvements to enhance service delivery and compliance with organizational standards
Develop and implement advanced clustering solutions with RedHat Cluster and Kubernetes to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of production systems
Lead incident and problem management processes utilizing Azure Cloud monitoring and Kubernetes observability tools, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis for critical issues
Mentor and guide support teams in deploying and managing containerized workloads on Kubernetes, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and translate client requirements into actionable solutions using Ansible playbooks and infrastructure-as-code practices
Champion innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies in cloud, automation, and container orchestration, driving continuous service improvement and business value
Oversee compliance, security, and governance of cloud and Linux environments, aligning operations with best practices and regulatory requirements
