Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and proposals for roofing and construction projects
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule work and manage resources
Monitor project progress, track costs, and adjust plans as necessary to maintain profitability
Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in roofing, construction, or related field
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimating
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and interact with clients
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
