Responsibilities
Support contract lifecycle management activities, including reviewing, organizing, and migrating legacy contract data into a CLM system
Partner closely with system administrators to manage contract data, workflows, and system accuracy
Review contract terms and extract key data for entry into internal systems
Communicate with vendors and internal business owners to gather required contract and spend information
Assist with migration to a new supplier due diligence tool from a supplier relations perspective
Support project management efforts related to system transitions, including documenting processes and creating user instructions
Work across multiple internal systems to ensure contract and supplier data is accurate and audit-ready
Ensure high data quality standards to support reporting and audit requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Strong background in contract management or contract administration
Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems
Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing data accuracy in regulated or audit-sensitive environments
Preferred
Experience in procurement, supplier relations, or vendor management
Mortgage or financial services industry experience
Experience supporting system migrations or process improvement initiatives
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
