Responsibilities

You will provide administrative support for the Division of Public Assistance (DPA), primarily focused on the Juneau-based Director’s office, extending to statewide work as requested
You will work closely with the Administrative Services Unit within the Director’s Office to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and best practices as directed by DPA leadership

Required

Six months of entry-level technical experience in one or more administrative functional areas such as human resources, accounting, administration, and procurement
One year of advanced-level clerical experience
One year of post-secondary education from an accredited college (32 semester hours or 48 quarter hours equals 1 year)
One year of any combination of post-secondary education, vocational education, and/or advanced-level clerical experience
