Responsibilities
Event Engagement: Work directly at events and home shows to represent the brand
Customer Interaction: actively engage homeowners to start genuine conversations rather than waiting for them to approach you
Lead Generation: Qualify homeowner interest and set appointments for Design Consultants
Brand Representation: Serve as the front line for a premium national brand
Setup & Teardown: physically set up and break down event displays, which includes handling tables, signs, marketing materials, and canopy tents
Travel: drive to various event and retail locations across the local area using reliable transportation
Goal Achievement: Work toward meeting structured daily goals for appointment setting
Scheduling: Maintain availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month
Qualification
Required
Weekend availability (requires at least 3 weekend shifts per month)
Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
A coachable, competitive mindset
Comfortable setting up and breaking down event displays (including tables and canopy tents)
