Responsibilities

Primary: 2nd Shift – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Occasional: 1st Shift – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Rotational weekend/on-call support required

Qualification

AS400 / iSeriesDB2SQLRPGCLLinux/UnixITIL conceptsAnalytical skillsTroubleshooting skillsVerbal communicationWritten communicationProblem-solving skills

Required

10+ years of application production support experience in banking or financial services
Strong hands-on experience with AS400 / iSeries (IBMi) in production environments
Working knowledge of RPG and CL (support/troubleshooting level)
Strong understanding of DB2 and SQL
Experience supporting applications on Linux/Unix servers, including log analysis
Solid understanding of ITIL concepts: Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management
Proven ability to lead incidents and operate effectively under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a time-sensitive, high-availability environment
