Responsibilities
Onboard, train, and support a portfolio of SMB clients
Help clients navigate our platform and optimize their workflows
Monitor customer health and proactively prevent churn
Run check-ins and business reviews, showing value and ROI
Document interactions in HubSpot and internal tools
Advocate for customer needs to influence product improvements
Qualification
Required
2–4 years in SaaS Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management
Comfortable navigating CRM tools, and SaaS workflows
Proficient in HubSpot
Consultative communicator who can simplify concepts for clients
Ready to own accounts
