Responsibilities

Assist with the analysis, reporting, and visualization of customer experience data, including but not limited to customer survey and digital behavior data
Support customer data analysis by running statistics, building dashboards, and preparing insights for internal stakeholders
Help implement customer research initiatives, including supporting survey design and development, and organizing and synthesizing findings from interviews, focus groups, or other qualitative research activities

Required

Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
Excellent analytical skills

Skilled in project management
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodology and survey design

Preferred

Familiarity with programming for data analysis (Python, R, etc)
Familiarity with survey research tools (Qualtrics)
