Responsibilities
Assist with general administration duties
Support procurement reporting and spend analysis
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Assist with the purchasing of MRO materials and related supplies to support operational needs
Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the ERP system for purchase orders, supplier data, and contract information
Contribute to impactful projects across different regions of the business (CA, TX, NJ) alongside all our interconnected departments (Operations, Logistics, Accounting)
Qualification
Required
Must be a active Wonderful Scholar
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
Must be 18 years of age or older
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Emphasis on Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work autonomously
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
