Summer 2026 Management Trainee Intern North Miami Beach
Enterprise is offering a Management Trainee Internship designed to help university and college students build valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will gain real-world experience in managing a business, taking on challenges similar to those faced by full-time professionals, while working in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities
Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Spring, starting mid-May
