Responsibilities
Develop and execute a 12-month SEO roadmap that aligns with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) pain points
Conduct regular technical audits (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema) and own the implementation of fixes
Manage the HubSpot SEO toolset, including topic clusters, pillar pages, and tracking organic attribution within the CRM
Lead keyword research and brief creation for content that satisfies search intent and drives conversions
Optimize on-page elements (H-tags, metadata, internal linking) for both human readers and search crawlers
Execute a white-hat link-building strategy focused on quality, relevance, and digital PR rather than bulk quantity
Own and report on metrics that matter: Organic Pipeline, MQLs from Search, Keyword Velocity, and ROI
Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Google Looker Studio to provide real-time visibility into SEO performance
Use HubSpot CRM data to identify high-converting "hidden gem" keywords and optimize the user journey from entry to lead
Qualification
Required
Proven Track Record: At least 4-6 years of SEO experience with documented case studies showing significant organic growth (specifically in [Your Industry, e.g., B2B SaaS])
HubSpot Mastery: Deep experience using HubSpot for content hosting, SEO recommendations, and reporting
The Toolkit: Expert proficiency in GSC, GA4, and at least one major SEO suite (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog)
Execution Bias: You are comfortable 'opening the hood' and making the changes yourself, not just delivering a PDF of recommendations
