Supply Chain Process Improvement & Data Visualization Intern

The Supply Chain Process Improvement & Data Visualization Intern will support initiatives focused on improving supply chain processes and enhancing data visualization capabilities, providing hands-on exposure to operations and analytics within a global organization.

Responsibilities

Support a comprehensive review of end-to-end supply chain planning and execution processes
Assist in harmonizing templates and reporting formats across three Business Units for:
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)
Demand and Supply Planning
Analyze existing data flows, reports, and manual processes to identify improvement opportunities
Support the development of standardized slide templates and semi-automated workbooks to reduce manual S&OP data updates
Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to automate weekly KPI tracking and reporting
Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, and Analytics stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outputs
Participate in workshops, working sessions, and process reviews
Document process improvements, assumptions, and data definitions
Uphold Galderma’s values through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong interest in supply chain operations, process improvement, and analytics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work with complex datasets and translate them into clear visual insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
