Responsibilities
Support trading team on day-to-day operations in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor market activity in various fixed income products and provide concise feedback and analysis to senior traders
Develop, maintain and enhance databases and reports
Assist in enhancing trading workflows and functionality
Ad-hoc projects as directed
Qualification
Required
Strong math and analytical skills
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving issues
Fast learner and self-starter with ability to work independently in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment
Comfort with new and changing technology
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work with large amounts of data
Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Economics or related field
Minimum Required: 0-2 years relevant work experience preferred
Minimum Required: SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 52 within 6 months of hire
