Inventory Data Administrator - Management Informatics
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is a non-profit Tribal health organization designed to meet the unique health needs of Alaska Native and American Indian people living in Alaska. The Inventory Data Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the item master data in the inventory system, ensuring data accuracy and supporting effective inventory management and procurement.

Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain item master records and other inventory-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems
Regularly audit and validate item master data to ensure integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
Work closely with Vendors, Buyer team, Construction Management, Finance, and other relevant departments to gather necessary item information and ensure all item-related data is current and accurately reflects business needs
Generate and analyze reports on item master data to support decision-making and identify trends or issues within the inventory system
Ensure that item master data complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Participate in system enhancement initiatives, providing input on improvements to item master data processes and systems
Provide training and support to other departments on item master data procedures and best practices
Maintain detailed documentation of item master data management processes, procedures, and standards
Provides support to ANTHC division and departments on specific projects
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to inventory and item management
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
General knowledge of construction industry materials and requisitioning
Skills in data accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
Skills in problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to learn other software for use in tracking and reporting
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for college education
Non-supervisory – Three (3) years of work experience in inventory management, supply chain management, data management, or similar role. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training may be substituted for experience
Preferred
Experience with ERP (Infor preferred) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Systems
