Estimating and Bidding
Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare competitive bids
Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Project Management
Oversee awarded projects from contract negotiation to final completion
Qualification
Required
Commercial estimating: 3 years (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Strong ability to negotiate contracts, coordinate teams, and interact professionally with clients
High attention to detail in estimating, scheduling, and managing budgets
Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and project management tools
Preferred
Key skills; Commercial Estimation, Paint Estimation
