Responsibilities
Build robust, encapsulated UI components using the Lit library
Implement wrapper logic to ensure your Web Components behave natively within React and Angular applications
Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related defects in both development and production environments, ensuring high reliability for our adopting teams
Use Figma’s Dev Mode to inspect designs and implement them with high fidelity
Ensure that components meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards by correctly implementing ARIA labels, keyboard focus states, and screen reader support
Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Standups, and Retrospectives
Track your tasks and user stories in Rally, ensuring accurate updates and timely completion
Participate actively in peer code reviews
Review your colleagues' pull requests to ensure they meet our coding standards, helping to maintain a high bar for engineering quality across the team
Write Unit Tests (using ViTest or Jest) to validate your code
Contribute to Storybook, creating clear examples and documentation to help other developers understand how to use your components
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in front-end development
Experience working on Enterprise Software or complex web applications
3+ years of experience working with UX Designers
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and SASS
Proficiency working in Agile environments and managing work in Rally (or similar tools)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Lit or native Web Components
