ETRM Production Support Analyst

New Grad, Entry LevelRecru is seeking an ETRM Production Support Analyst to provide day-to-day production and operational support during the transition from Aligne to Orchestrate. The role involves supporting users, troubleshooting issues, coordinating project activities, and maintaining documentation to ensure the smooth operation of the ETRM implementation.

Responsibilities
Provide daily production support for the Orchestrate ETRM system
Troubleshoot system and data issues; escalate as needed
Assist with UAT, test execution, and defect tracking
Support Middle Office, Back Office, and Accounting users
Maintain reference data, configuration items, and process documentation
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow‑ups
Maintain requirement logs, change logs, and decision registers
Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items
Assist the Senior Business Analyst with analysis, validation, and training materials
Qualification
Required
Provide daily production support for the Orchestrate ETRM system
Troubleshoot system and data issues; escalate as needed

Experience with ETRM systems (Aligne, Orchestrate, Endur, RightAngle, etc.)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Preferred
Experience with ETRM systems—especially in power or renewables
Preferred background in power, renewables, or ISO market trading
