Responsibilities
Manages the Corporate Application Portfolio, ensuring accurate data, clear ownership, and alignment with business goals
Define the long-term direction for how applications are assessed, governed, and improved
Develop and enhance governance frameworks that promote accountability, reduce redundancy, and meet security and architectural standards
Provide leadership with insights that guide investment decisions, risk management, and technology planning
Oversee the migration from legacy APM tools to ServiceNow as the enterprise system of record
Design data flows, reporting structures, and adoption practices to maximize platform value
Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Finance, and Business Units to ensure shared ownership of the application portfolio
Lead workshops and governance forums to align stakeholders and integrate APM practices into delivery processes
Use Agile methods to refine APM processes, improve data quality, and streamline workflows
Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and enhance portfolio insights and governance maturity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred) with 10+ years of experience
8+ years of experience leading enterprise application portfolio management or related technology governance functions
Expertise with ServiceNow APM or similar portfolio management platforms
Demonstrated success establishing governance frameworks, lifecycle processes, and portfolio controls
Strong background in Agile methodologies and cross functional collaboration
Exceptional communication and executive level influencing skills
Preferred
Experience integrating legacy APM tools into ServiceNow
Familiarity with enterprise architecture, IT financial management, or technology risk management
