The Coordinator will support the Synchronization License Administration team by drafting and issuing licenses, managing client accounts, and overseeing the collection of licensing fees.

Responsibilities

Draft and issue synchronization licenses for North American clients
Manage a high‑volume portfolio of licensing accounts, delivering exceptional client service while meeting departmental timelines and priorities
Oversee the collections process for accounts with outstanding balances, from early reminders through securing payment on past‑due invoices
Serve as a resource for new music users by addressing general questions about license forms, requirements, and processes
Collaborate with Synchronization Sales to resolve client disputes and clarify rights‑related discrepancies
Provide Management with updates on accounts pending licensing, those with past‑due balances, and those requiring edits outside standard business practices
Support departmental initiatives by assisting with special projects and performing additional duties as assigned

Required

Hold a bachelor's degree and/or have one or more years of relevant experience
Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing large workloads while meeting multiple deadlines
Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Maintain a positive, service‑oriented attitude in a client‑facing environment
Thrive in a collaborative team setting and contribute to shared goals
Self‑motivated, with the ability to set personal objectives that align with departmental priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with working knowledge of additional Microsoft Office applications are a plus
Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Preferred candidates can exhibit advanced technical skills in one or more of the following: Microsoft Excel (including macro development), Power BI (building and maintaining dashboards), Microsoft Access (basic database programming and updates), Microsoft Power Automate (designing and managing flows), or Comparable technical experience
