The Developer Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives targeting startup developers and CTOs, creating technical content and marketing strategies to drive adoption of cloud and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the end-to-end developer marketing strategy for startup developer and CTO audiences

Develop deep understanding of developer workflows, adoption triggers, and technical decision journeys

Create high-quality developer-focused technical content including guides, frameworks, templates, and repeatable formats

Build scalable editorial and content systems rather than one-off materials

Define technical content standards and reusable content patterns across teams

Drive developer engagement through multi-channel distribution strategies

Optimize channel performance using engagement and usage data

Partner cross-functionally with engineering, developer relations, and industry teams

Support ecosystem and startup acceleration programs through targeted developer messaging

Conduct ongoing developer audience research and insight gathering

Translate developer signals and feedback into improved content and campaigns

Define measurement frameworks to evaluate developer marketing effectiveness

Continuously refine content and distribution strategies based on performance metrics

Required

Experience in developer-focused marketing or technical product marketing

Proven ability to create credible technical content for developer audiences

Strong technical fluency with modern developer tooling and workflows

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or comparable cloud ecosystem)

Experience collaborating directly with engineers and developer relations teams

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical audiences

Experience building structured, repeatable content frameworks or systems

Data-driven approach to content performance and channel optimization

Comfortable engaging startup developer and CTO audiences

Preferred

Experience marketing to startup or early-stage technical audiences

Background creating technical content in AI, cloud, security, healthcare, retail, or similar technical domains

Experience defining scalable technical content templates and editorial standards across organizations

Familiarity with developer community channels and ecosystem distribution models

Experience supporting startup ecosystem programs, accelerators, or investor networks

Exposure to modern AI platforms, model ecosystems, and developer AI workflows
