Responsibilities

Explore high-level design solutions and approaches to identify the most viable design solutions in line with product requirements
Deliver clear, detailed, and high-quality design specs in Figma to engineering for build
Partner closely with PM, Engineering, and Design peers on all work
Update and maintain related design documentation
Proactively participate in Design QA and identify any bugs

Required

5+ years' relevant production design, growth design or design systems experience
Experience designing for internal or enterprise tools in addition to consumer design
Experience with process and governance design
Expert working within Figma
Familiar with WCAG accessibility guidelines
Excellent and clear communicator
Works quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing quality
Systems-thinker who is able to work within complex platforms
Familiar and comfortable with contributing to design systems guidance and documentation overall
