Responsibilities

Own paid media analytics, insights, and reporting to support marketing goals
Lead executive-level reporting, including performance readouts and post-campaign analysis
Deliver actionable insights across full-funnel media to drive acquisition, conversion, brand, and revenue impact
Build scalable, automated reporting and measurement frameworks
Conduct advanced analyses (MMM, MTA, share of voice, market share, spend, and conversion)
Partner with media teams, agencies, and analytics teams to align KPIs and integrate insights into planning

Required

Expertise in MMM and MTA
Strong experience delivering insights-led executive reporting
Deep knowledge of full-funnel paid media, retail media, and performance marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently, manage time, and mentor team members
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, pricing, and selling principles
Data-driven, hands-on problem solver with a positive mindset
Own paid media analytics, insights, and reporting to support marketing goals
Lead executive-level reporting, including performance readouts and post-campaign analysis
Deliver actionable insights across full-funnel media to drive acquisition, conversion, brand, and revenue impact
Build scalable, automated reporting and measurement frameworks

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
5–7+ years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience developing and applying MMM and MTA required

Preferred

8+ years in media analytics and measurement across paid media channels
