New Business Development Representative
Driven Brands is seeking a New Business Development Representative to support their Automotive Training Institute segment. This role involves driving attendance for events aimed at independent automotive shop owners and requires effective communication and lead qualification skills.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to independent auto repair shops across the U.S
Effectively communicate the value of our upcoming live events and webinars
Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and secure attendance commitments
Identifies and qualifies prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems
Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM software
Collaborate with marketing and the national coaching team to ensure alignment in messaging and goals
Following up with no-shows and interested leads to support the national team’s post-event outreach
Qualification
Required
1+ years of automotive experience
Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive and engaging style
Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with CRM tools, remote communication platforms, and tracking KPIs
Ability to quickly understand and convey value propositions
Preferred
1+ years of sales experience
