Lead and maintain the internal Appian demo and training environments
Design and build Appian applications, demos, and reusable components
Train, mentor, and coach developers on Appian best practices and architecture
Establish development standards and patterns across the team
Serve as the go-to Appian expert for technical guidance and enablement
Qualification
Required
Appian Certification (Associate, Senior, or Lead)
Strong hands-on Appian development experience
Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead technical teams
Excellent communication and instructional skills
