Responsibilities

Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate distribution

Organize and maintain matter filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping for the firm

Provide reception support as needed, including answering phones and assisting clients

Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative and filing projects as required

Handle large copy jobs and document preparation tasks

Perform other miscellaneous duties to support legal teams and office operations
