Paro is a small plastic bottle manufacturer, seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Accountant / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations and oversee core financial processes. This role will serve as the primary accounting resource in a small, tight-knit manufacturing business, ideal for a mature professional looking for a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance and monthly close support
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions: AP, AR, invoicing, vendor management, and bank/credit card reconciliations
Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate financial reporting
Maintain organized financial records and support internal controls / documentation
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
Support cash flow tracking and operational reporting as needed
Coordinate with external partners (CPA/tax preparer, banking partners, etc.) as needed
Ensure accounting processes remain accurate, compliant, and efficient

Required

5+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping with strong full-charge capabilities
Comfortable operating independently and being the 'go-to' accounting professional
Experience in manufacturing or a product-based business strongly preferred
Familiarity with payroll processing and staff accounting tasks
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and long-term mindset
Professional maturity, strong communication, and ability to work on-site consistently
