Lead and develop a team of Team Leads, Specialists, and frontline associates focused on withdrawal risk operations
Manage daily workflows, balancing fraud prevention, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Translate operational insights into clear requirements for tooling, policy, and process enhancements
Use dashboards and metrics to track performance, surface trends, and guide data-informed decisions
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience in Payments, Risk Operations, Fraud, or Financial Operations, including 2+ years managing people
Deep understanding of withdrawal and payment risk concepts (ACH, cards, KYC, AML, chargebacks)
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams
Data fluency and proficiency with dashboards or tools such as SQL to drive insight and performance
