Public Records Coordinator

They are seeking a Public Records Coordinator to effectively respond to Public Records Act requests by reviewing and assessing incoming requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities
Learn and perform the less technical semi-professional analytical tasks as it relates to Public Records Act requests received for the assigned district office
Effectively respond to Public Records Act (PRA) requests by reviewing and assessing all incoming requests according to the Government Code, Article 6250 on a timely and accurate basis using data and information gathered through research and analysis
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be either reachable on an employment list, have transfer eligibility or have reinstatement eligibility

Individuals who are currently in the classification, eligible for lateral transfer, eligible for reinstatement, have list or LEAP eligibility, are in the process of obtaining list eligibility, or have SROA and/or Surplus eligibility (please attach your letter, if available)
