Responsibilities
Own the campaign bill of materials across email, paid media, social, web, and event assets
Draft and adapt concise, effective copy using approved messaging frameworks
Create clear creative briefs and partner with designers to deliver assets that perform
Manage timelines, versioning, approvals, and handoffs
Translate campaign strategy into detailed execution plans and timelines
Track progress across all workstreams and dependencies
Identify risks, blockers, or delays and proactively propose solutions
Partner with Demand Gen, Web, Design, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure launch readiness
Ensure omni-channel campaigns are executed according to plan and brief
Act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution teams
Support live campaign monitoring and performance reviews
Flag optimization opportunities, long-tail activation ideas, and gaps
Assist with reporting on campaign performance, spend, and outcomes
Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and status in project management tools
Track budgets, assets, and performance inputs
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B marketing campaign execution experience (technology preferred)
Proven experience managing omni-channel campaign deliverables
Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills
Familiarity with customer-facing event lifecycles, concepts, and basic audience acquisition priorities
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Familiar with campaign metrics, performance tracking, and reporting
Preferred
Experience with project management and collaboration tools
