Associate Vice President - Personal Lines

Responsibilities

Provide the highest quality service to customers
Sell new lines of coverage
Cross sell within the existing book of business
Manage a team
Act as the main point of contact between the insurance company (MIB) and clients (Business Managers and/or high net worth individuals)
Provide daily guidance and oversight to the team of support staff responsible for processing transactions of an assigned book of business
Develop support staff
Evaluate the effectiveness of work output and workflows of their teams
Ensure company policies and SOG’s are followed as designed
Develop and track annual business goals to increase sales and maximum retention of book value

Required

Must have extensive experience in their field to include constant expansion of knowledge about new products and services available to suit the needs of each client
An insurance designation or related classes will be required or may be substituted with at least 15-20 years of work experience in insurance

Preferred

College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required)
Current California Department of Insurance License
10 years of experience
Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
