Responsibilities

Define the strategy for our core "long-tail" parts versus "high-velocity" assortment, managing the trade-offs between breadth, complexity, and commercial impact
Collaborate on a multi-tiered sourcing matrix (OE, regional, national) to maximize margin
Identify and build business cases for massive new category expansion opportunities
Oversee the full lifecycle of product data—ensuring images, technical specs, and fitment data are not just accurate, but optimized for product discovery and conversion
Treat our heavy-duty parts catalog as a competitive moat. You will lead the charge to make FinditParts the industry's "source of truth," diagnosing gaps and defining global data standards
Lead the evolution to a sophisticated, multi-factor, dynamic pricing engine. Define the rules, guardrails, and testing frameworks from the ground up
Implement logic that dynamically accounts for demand elasticity, supply scarcity, and real-time competitive intelligence to drive both credibility and margin across the marketplace

Required

10+ years of progressive experience in ecommerce Merchandising, Category Management, or Revenue Management
Demonstrated success in leading and executing functional strategic transformations that drive business results
Deep knowledge in B2B commerce, product information management, and building data-driven pricing models in complex SKU or marketplace environments
Hands-on strategic owner and an individual contributor, especially in high-growth or transformation scenarios
Comfortable building new capabilities with limited initial resources, then effectively scaling teams and tools over time
Advanced analytical capabilities and familiarity with modern ecommerce tools and platforms
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, the ability to communicate complex strategies and inspire cross-functional alignment
