Responsibilities
Develop and execute demand forecasts and inventory strategies to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock
Collaborate with global vendors to manage procurement, monitor supplier performance (KPIs), and mitigate risks in the raw material pipeline
Optimize domestic and international shipping routes, ensuring compliance with cold-chain requirements and customs regulations
Utilize ERP/MRP systems (like SAP or Oracle) to track material movements and maintain data integrity within regulated environments
Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validation protocols to ensure supply chain processes meet GxP and cGMP requirements
Conduct supply chain risk assessments to identify bottlenecks and mitigate "Critical-to-Quality" (CTQ) delivery failures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related technical field
0–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or academic projects involving operations research and data analytics
Proficiency in Data Analytics (Excel/Power BI) for supply chain modeling
Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma or Just-In-Time (JIT) methodologies
Familiarity with the SCOR Model or GAMP 5 frameworks for system validation
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 regarding electronic records in supply chain documentation
Preferred
Experience with ERP software (SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics)
Familiarity with SQL or Python for automated reporting and data mining
Knowledge of international trade compliance and Global Distribution Practices (GDP)
