Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Web Developer
This position is a Java-based, Web Applications Developer that belongs to an Agile DevOps Team(s) and performs all Developer roles on large, complex system functions and products
We are seeking local candidates in Utah
This position requires advanced knowledge, skills and abilities of application coding, technical environments, development tools and typical application development processes
The environment is a Java-based web platform
There is special consideration for a developer with training and/or experience in the emerging VIBE Coding rapid development methodology
Qualification
Required
5+ years of work experience as a Web Developer on medium to large scale, mission critical systems or projects
Must have adequate, secure internet access at remote work site provided by the Developer
Must provide their own remote work site peripheral equipment, such as monitors, docking station, keyboard and mouse, etc
Remote work site must provide for private workspace for focused work effort during designated work hours
Must be geographically located within the State of Utah, and able to conveniently work in a hybrid model of in-office and remote on a weekly basis within the Salt Lake valley area
Current hours of work are scheduled 40 hours per week, 32 hours in weeks with observed holidays (exceptions must be approved in advance)
Current work locations are Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office
Cubicle workspace environment
Consistency of daily attendance is expected
Time off is approved in advance
Preferred
Training and/or experience in the emerging VIBE Coding rapid development methodology
