HRIS Analyst I

Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day support for Workday and other HR systems, including troubleshooting and inquiry resolution
Maintain Workday security and perform routine system administration tasks
Create and maintain basic custom reports to meet business needs
Support HR projects through configuration, testing, documentation, and impact analysis
Maintain process documentation and support audit activities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of HR experience
2+ years of HRIS experience, including support of cloud-based HR systems
Experience with Workday HCM security, configuration, or administration
Experience administering Workday
Report writing experience (Workday Report Writer or similar tools)
Experience supporting HR projects involving system configuration or testing
