Responsibilities

Drive impactful and innovative solutions for the Job Family Learning team
Partner with the business to translate intent into effective learning products using a customer-focused, iterative approach
Independently solve problems and manage the entire learning lifecycle from identifying needs to successful delivery and thorough evaluation
Work cross-functionally to define learning problem statements and manage expectations across teams
Champion an MVP-first strategy for learning solutions, enabling rapid concept testing and efficient user feedback collection
Juggle multiple complex learning initiatives with minimal oversight, delivering high-quality results on time
Leverage expertise in learning science and UX principles to design engaging learning experiences for design and tech audiences
Use feedback and defined metrics to continuously improve learning solutions and measure their real-world performance outcomes
Balance learner perspectives with business needs to deliver scalable and valuable learning solutions
Share best practices, identify efficiencies, and participate in team ceremonies

Required

Experience educating, onboarding, or supporting more technical roles such as product, tech, design or other technical talent or at a tech-forward organization
High level of initiative, ownership, and a customer-centric mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence partners
Ability to manage ambiguity, lead through change, and deliver in a matrixed environment
Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and define the scope of instructional initiatives for maximum business impact
Partner with other Learning & Development professionals across the Enterprise to gain efficiencies, share best practices, and optimize how we interact
Leverage expertise in adult learning to create high-quality and engaging learning experiences
Ability to work with minimal oversight, delivering high-quality results on-time without compromising quality
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in training design or development delivery, or a combination of both
At least 1 year of experience with multimedia authoring tools like Articulate 360 or other online interactive e-Learning courseware
At least 1 year of experience applying instructional design in digital modalities

Preferred

1+ year of experience guiding learning solutions in a corporate setting
1+ year of experience with mobile content creation/curation and delivery
1+ year of experience using multimedia tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar)
1+ year of experience working with graphics tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar)
1+ year of experience in project management
