Responsibilities

Provides leadership in the design, development, and deployment of IT solutions leveraging current and emergent technologies and best practices
Ensures the integration of all systems components; e.g., procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware; planning systems implementation; and/or ensures the rigorous application of information security/ information assurance policies, principles, and practices to the systems analysis process
Leads or advises with cross-functional teams at scale or in highly complex environments to develop IT services. Focuses team efforts towards current goals and priorities
Navigates complex organizational relationships to bring stakeholders together around common goals
Serves as a liaison to high-ranking stakeholders within GSA informing them of IT program activities, policies, and goals; clarifies procedures; and interprets directives as needed

Required

US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
Meet all eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date
Register with Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959
Serve a one year probationary period, if required
Undergo and pass a background investigation (Tier 2 investigation level)
Have your identity and work status eligibility verified if you are not a GSA employee
Provide the exact dates you held each job (from month/year to month/year)
Provide number of hours per week you worked (if part time)
Have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service
Demonstrate EACH of the four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving
Provide technical leadership in the development, deployment, and integration of complex IT solutions
Manage project delivery for cross-functional teams
Experience must include systems analysis, translating requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring the integration of diverse system components
