Business Development Manager- Surgical
Medmix is a global leader in high-precision delivery devices, and they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of their surgical products division. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence in the surgical products industry.
Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and regulatory affairs to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new surgical products to the market
Understand customer needs in surgery and biomaterial industry
Develop strategic business plans and sales strategies to achieve growth objectives
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential competitors
Translate a sales strategy into a KPI driven action plan and own the execution
Drive sales of surgical products by understanding customer needs and promoting our product portfolio effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the Surgical healthcare sector
Utilizing market intelligence data and own network to acquire new customers (surgical products.)
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
Qualification
Required

Understand customer needs in surgery and biomaterial industry
Develop strategic business plans and sales strategies to achieve growth objectives
