This role serves as the single point of accountability for status accuracy, data quality, risk visibility, and cadence management, working closely with project and delivery leads to ensure leadership has clear, accurate, and actionable insight into portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all portfolio-related updates, issues, and reporting
Own overall portfolio health and readiness for executive and stakeholder reviews
Ensure all projects and related initiatives are current, accurate, and review-ready
Prepare presenters and validate content ahead of leadership meetings
Track and report scope, schedule, milestones, risks, dependencies, and next steps
Maintain accurate portfolio reporting, documentation, and one-pagers in designated systems
Enforce reporting standards and templates across teams
Ensure red/yellow statuses include a documented path to green
Address past-due items and eliminate invalid execution dates with clear explanations
Review and surface related initiatives that may impact portfolio outcomes, even when not directly owned
Lead weekly reviews with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to confirm status accuracy and data quality
Facilitate bi-weekly internal, executive, and stakeholder portfolio reviews
Capture action items, assign owners, and ensure follow-through to closure
Maintain a single source of truth across portfolio management, delivery, and reporting tools
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, or Senior Project Management
Strong experience supporting executive-level and stakeholder portfolio reviews
Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments
Proven experience enforcing standards and driving accountability across delivery teams
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
Deep understanding of status reporting, risk management, and governance frameworks
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios with multiple dependencies
Preferred
Experience with portfolio management tools and enterprise reporting platforms
Experience managing both owned initiatives and cross-portfolio dependencies
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery environments
Strong facilitation and meeting leadership skills
Ability to operate with limited direction while maintaining high governance standards
