Responsibilities
Work closely with engineering teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to meet project commitments
Track schedules, deliverables, and action items, proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through
Operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment where processes and structures continue to evolve
Own delivery of assigned distribution projects, portfolios, or programs with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, building strong, long‑term partnerships
Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams including engineering, Project Coordinators, and Associate Project Managers
Provide leadership across multiple projects or workstreams, including potential mentoring and oversight of other project managers
Partner closely with distribution engineering and grid leadership on resource planning, delivery strategy, and execution
Support proposal efforts, planning activities, and strategic client engagements as appropriate for experience level
Operate as a hands‑on leader in a fast‑paced, growth environment supporting both services‑based and large‑scale EPC or program work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations
Preferred
5+ years of progressive project management experience in electrical distribution engineering
Experience supporting or managing utility, distribution engineering, EPC, or infrastructure‑related projects
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver results in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
Demonstrated experience building and sustaining long‑term client relationships and obtaining repeat work
Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including engineering and technical staff
Experience leading client‑facing projects, portfolios, or programs
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities
