Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within target verticals
Conduct product demonstrations and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
Represent Attenteo at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build a robust pipeline
Collaborate with the CEO on high-stakes deals and enterprise partnerships
Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy
Create the sales infrastructure: define the sales process, implement CRM best practices, and develop sales collateral
Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing sales development team
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure high ROI on spend
Refine Attenteo’s value proposition and messaging for different healthcare verticals
Oversee digital marketing efforts, content creation, and lead generation campaigns
Identify the most impactful industry events and manage our participation and sponsorship strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years in B2B sales and/or marketing, preferably in healthcare SaaS or medical supplies
Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience taking a product from early traction to scale is highly desirable
Familiarity with the operational challenges of ambulatory care delivery is a significant plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles are fluid
