Responsibilities
Provides direction and support to project team
Ensures projects are implemented according to requirements
Monitor project progress continuously and create detailed scheduled reports on measurable data
Serves as the primary point of contact to clients regarding project updates, issues, deliverables, and scope changes
Tracks budgets, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and suggests corrective actions
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of development process: development, testing, and deployment as well as work breakdown, dependencies, responsibilities
Understand cost analyst and financial statements
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Project Management software, Microsoft Office software
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain workflow
Ability to prioritize work tasks and delegate when appropriate
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or other related field OR 4 years of relevant work experience as a project coordinator, assistance project manager, junior project manager, or related position in lieu of degree
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time in support of project planning, installation, and/or vendor testing
Undergo Motor Vehicle Record driver monitoring in accordance with company policy
Maintain an acceptable driving record as per company standards and as is defined in Volm Driver Policies
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be a minimum of 21 years of age
Maintain a minimum personal auto liability insurance limit of $300,000 per accident and $100,000 personal property
Must be able to travel internationally
Must possess a valid passport and not have any legal restrictions preventing such international travel
Agree to the company driving policies that apply to company owned/leased vehicle or personal vehicle as applicable
Possess and maintain a valid driver license and be a minimum of 21 years of age
Maintain an acceptable driving record, as evidenced by completion of a baseline motor vehicle record check and ongoing monitoring
Preferred
Knowledgeable of AutoCAD
Mechanical aptitude and ability to visualize complex problems and solutions
