Responsibilities

Partner across departments (Operations, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Module Engineering, Integration, etc.) to ensure performance of production, NPD, and development products
Lead benchmarking, copying, developing, implementing, and continuously improving operation standards, methodologies, and business processes
Identify and evaluate alternatives or contingencies to overcome start-up/ramp barriers
Collaborate with Site Leaders to manage resource interdependencies
Provide leadership to ensure cross-training and coverage across multiple technologies
Effectively communicate ideas — written and verbal — across all levels of the organization
Partner, influence, negotiate, and drive accountability across diverse functional teams in a dynamic environment

Required

Bachelor's or higher degree in Technical, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field — OR 10 years of semiconductor experience or Military Education
3 plus years of leadership/management experience
5 plus years of experience in a 300mm manufacturing fab

Preferred

Demonstrated experience applying manufacturing methodologies and principles (factory physics, manufacturing science, line management)
Knowledge of Quality Control systems, Model-Based Problem Solving, and LEAN principles
Ability to learn complex systems and leverage them to optimize factory performance
