Responsibilities

Develop scalable deployment plans for current technology solutions
Prioritize and execute large-scale implementation activities at a corporate, division, and facility level
Act as a mentor to new team members
Communicate project status amongst the team and up through project and department leadership
Deliver project deliverables with minimal guidance
Contribute to, manage and facilitate project and program meetings as assigned
Lead implementation project activities and meetings as assigned
Participate in discussions regarding key project decisions
Innovate new tools and processes to optimize our implementation methods
Performs other duties as assigned or within Implementation Specialist and Implementation Specialist II job descriptions

Qualification

Implementation experienceProject managementCommunication skillsPresentation skillsMentoring

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills required
Demonstrates strong presentation/public speaking skills and experience required
This position requires up to 76% or more travel

Preferred

3+ years of experience in implementations preferred
