Responsibilities
Administer and optimize SyteLine (CSI) ERP
Support integrations (Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak)
Develop and maintain CyberScience ECQ reports
Build dashboards and analytics using Power BI
Partner with IT, Operations, and Finance
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science or Engineering; or 4 to 6 years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have 3+ years of Syteline experience
Proficient in ECQ and PowerBi reporting
Strong experience supporting and maintaining Lake Company products (Shop-Trak, Doc-Trak) required
Demonstrated experience in CyberScience ECQ report creation, distribution, and optimization
Experience designing Power BI dashboards connected to SQL or ECQ data sources
Solid understanding of manufacturing ERP processes — Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and Financial modules
Familiarity with API integrations, SQL stored procedures, and data automation
