Responsibilities
Building and Maintaining the Pipeline: Growing our network and ensuring we have a healthy pipeline of opportunities to work on
Sales & Business Development – leading Opportunities from initial introduction with a customer, to writing and negotiating Statements of Work and commercial proposals
Relationship Management – building and managing relationships with senior Executives and Customers
Liaising with Customers – at key times during the sales and pre-sales cycle e.g. discovery workshops, key presentations, negotiation discussions and customer onboarding meetings
Account Management – supporting our Delivery team in managing commercial relationships with Customers throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Professional Service Sales experience
Strong relationships with companies in the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods sector
Ownership
Ability to influence others
Confidence to put yourselves out there, interface with senior stakeholders across different organizations, both internally and externally
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders across Salesforce and with Customers
Ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize simultaneous requests and activities
Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflict
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and written/verbal abilities
Ability to manage commercial discussions with Customers
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred
Delivery experience preferred but not essential
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
