This role involves blending hands-on merchandising execution with deep market insights to drive performance and ensure the US consumer voice is embedded in global product decisions.

Responsibilities

Merchandise the US DTC site to drive performance and storytelling

Analyze sell-through, category performance, sizing, and pricing dynamics

Conduct ongoing research into competitors, trends, and emerging brands

Capture insights from wholesale partners, retail activity, and local culture

Translate US market learnings into actionable feedback for UK product teams

Own US planning, including demand forecasts, inventory targets, and buy quantities and manage purchase orders (creation, approvals, tracking, & on-time receipts) for the US market

Support seasonal planning with a US-first perspective

Partner with Marketing and E-commerce to align launches and narratives
