Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in OPERA and Simphony and leverage this knowledge to deliver impactful demonstrations of Oracle Hospitality solutions
Drive the sales process by prioritizing and managing opportunities in close collaboration with the sales team
Effectively communicate the benefits of Oracle Hospitality applications to a wide range of stakeholders, including line-of-business end users, managers, and C-level executives
Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills—storytelling, needs analysis, value positioning, business justification, and closing techniques—to influence key decision-makers and close sales
Collaborate with multi-functional departments to gather insights, provide product recommendations, and identify enhancement opportunities for prospects
Educate internal and external customers on Oracle products and applications through engaging presentations and demonstrations

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry required. Experience in casino, cruise, hotel, and/or food & beverage sectors is a huge plus!
A BS degree or equivalent experience is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including needs analysis, business justification, value positioning, and closing techniques
Ability to travel via car, train, and plane to meet client needs

Preferred

5+ years of sales experience preferred, with experience in working with vendors or existing customers also highly desirable
3+ years of hands-on experience with OPERA and/or Simphony applications preferred

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
