Responsibilities
Act as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) owning delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with a strong focus on AI, ML, and agentic systems
Drive end-to-end program execution : roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, execution tracking, and delivery
Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, platform, data, product, and architecture teams to translate business goals into executable technical plans
Lead programs involving agentic AI workflows, autonomous systems, LLM-based solutions, AI platforms, and orchestration frameworks
Deeply understand system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, model lifecycle, and infrastructure to enable informed technical decision-making
Establish and manage program governance , metrics, timelines, and stakeholder communications at senior leadership level
Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies across teams
Influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple organizations
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience as a Technical Program Manager in large-scale technology environments
Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of software engineering concepts, cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and data architectures
Proven experience driving AI / ML programs, including exposure to agentic AI systems, LLMs, automation frameworks, or intelligent platforms
Experience managing highly complex, multi-team, multi-quarter programs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineering teams and executive stakeholders
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Preferred
Experience delivering agentic AI solutions, autonomous workflows, or AI-driven platforms at scale
Background in AI platform development, MLOps, or data platforms
Prior experience in large enterprise or Big Tech environments
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications (nice to have)
